Disable directory suggestions

Hello!

Thanks for making this amazing project - I'm wondering if its possible to disable the "directory" auto complete / suggestion part. The reason for this is im using a built-in one already for my terminal. Here's an image for clarity!

Add this to your .zshrc file:

zstyle ':completion:*:cd:*' tag-order  '! (|*-)directories' -

Note: If you're using OhMyZsh, you need to add the line after sourcing OMZ, because otherwise, OMZ will override it.

Thanks for the quick reply, this doesn't seem to fix the issue - here is the full .zshrc file

I've tried putting it at the bottom of the file, removing -, changing the spaces all to no avail.

You need to add the line after sourcing OMZ, because otherwise, OMZ will override it.

It works perfectly for me when executed in a clean Zsh environment without OMZ, like this:

So, the problem lies within OMZ.

What if you do this on the command line?

mkdir -o $ZSH_CUSTOM/lib
touch $ZSH_CUSTOM/lib/completion.zsh
exec zsh

Does it then work?

This works but it seems to break completion like: cd Down<TAB>
