[Use Case] Run a Realistic Marlowe Contract on Public Testnet using Runtime CLI

Actors

• Parties to a Marlowe contract

Scenario

1. Create a Marlowe contract for a realistic financial instrument such as a forward-rate agreement.
2. One party uses the Runtime CLI to create the contract on public testnet and distribute the role tokens to the other parties.
3. Each party is running a copy of Runtime CLI, and it notifies that they are party to a new contract.
4. Each party is notified (via Runtime CLI) when it is time for them to make a deposit or choice.
5. Parties use the Runtime CLI to make their deposits or choices, in coordination with their wallets.
