Testing Marlowe Chain Seek

Under consideration for testing the Marlowe Chain Seek:

• Property-based unit tests for the mapping of blocks to rows.
• Golden tests etc. against cardano-db-sync or other chain indexers.
• Property-based tests utilizing a mocked chain-sync server: i.e., generate blocks (or rollbacks) with specified properties and feed those to Marlowe Chain Seek via the chain-sync protocol.
• Multi-pronged approach that leverages different networks available.
• Smaller/briefer tests for CI.
• Collect specifications for tests.
