PV surplus: is go e controller mandatory?

Hi,

I'm in the planning process of a wallbox - so please bare with me if I didnt collect all the information needed yet.

I'm struggeling to find out if goE controller is needed to run this integration? or can I use my own (huawei) data?

So is it mandatory or obligatory?

you can use a HA Automation to send the available data (from your Huawei) to the go-eCharger directly - this is a replacement of a go-eController...
