CAS_HT NoPrefetch incorrect value

• The first 6 bytes of the 8-bytes value is missing when inserting then lookup for CAS_HT. For example, 0xFE010 becomes 0xE010. Run NO_PREFETCH_TEST with CAS_HT in auto-tests/hashmap_test to reproduce the error.
