Fix CV page

CV Page doesn't currently display the CV properly

• Display the CV stylized to match the site instead of as a PDF viewer that is ugly.
• Dockerize the backend because we want to be able to use pdf2htmlex tool to dynamically render the CV on the FE (and when we get to use google drive API have it so that client can automatically update CV remotely)
