Open location in Alacritty

Some of you might be familiar with the problem, that Alacritty cannot be opened via open -a "Alacritty" "file/path/" to open at a certain working directory. Therefore, the built-in "open external Terminal here" commands from Marta do not work the Alacritty.

After a bit of skimming through the docs, I found the gadgets feature, which allows you work around that problem by using alacrittys --working-directory option to open Alacritty at the specified location nonetheless. I thought I might share to save other Alacritty users some time.
