Failure to create "zone" #1600

Describe the bug
Zones arent created , after filling and marking the information the form doesnt proceed to save.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to 'Zones'
'Add new zone'
Scroll down to 'save'
See error (save button faded)
Expected behavior
It should save and show the saved venue
