I am aware of this, but it is not a decision I took lightly. The changes were introduced because the options that did not have text were often misunderstood and unused by users (icons are not as descriptive as text), and adding more items or showing more labels would have collapsed other toolbar options on the right expand menu, which has also caused some users to not find certain options. This is why I decided to combine all the install-like buttons in a drop-down, that is more explanatory and provides more options than before.
The new drop-down button is in the same place the old one was, the icons have been kept back, and the first entry on the popup is the old action. Furthermore, other options now do have text, which should, in theory, cause less confusion than before. IMO, although I don't really love the idea of changing the functionality of a button (and I tested having a button specific for the drop-down and maintain the original button action), I really think this is the better way to go, even when it involves one extra click (it may also help the user discover new features, such as the new bulk download option) |

please add a different small button next to the menu to just update the apps. clicking twice is a waste of time on long run |

Next version will have the main action button split into a button and a drop-down: |

Previously, I used UniGetUI by selecting Software Releases and then just clicked "Update Selected" above the list of available updates. That was very simple and quickly started the only function I really need from UniGetUI.
Now, in v3.3.0, I need to click "Update and more..." and then find and select that choice from the drop-down list of available functions.
That extra step is not as simple or obvious (and I am kind of lazy).
I am requesting a return to the old single click option, or perhaps six buttons instead of the drop-down menu.
