Updating package shows as duplicated in Control Panel Add/Remove Programs

I installed Oh My Posh v 26.23.6 yesterday and UniGetUI told me that v 26.23.7 was available, so I updated.

What I expected to happen is that an in place upgrade would be done, but instead I see both versions in Control Panel. If this happens for every version, then I will end up with tons of duplicates.

If I uninstall the older version via Control Panel, it actually breaks the Oh My Posh install and I have to install everything from scratch, which is a bit of a pain.

Do you think this is a UniGetUI, winget, or Oh My Post issue?

I am afraid this is likely to be a oh my posh issue, or ultimately winget for not properly updating the package, but there is nothing I can do from my side, since UniGetUI does not directly handle the updates
