about mexResize problem

I want to run the demo in the computer(win10) with AMD CPU(R3 3200G), and I have run the program: compile.m , which local in external_libs\mexResize. And success. But the demo will put the error:

"mexResize.mexw4" Invalid: The specified module could not be found

How can I solve this problem?
