Fix instructions

In the instructions, it is not clarified that 0x82000.bin is needed and it needs to be flashed at 0x82000.

I spent a day to try to fix it!

I think it’s due to your board. But with my ESP32C3 mini (0x0 Bootloader), I also couldn’t manage to flash the precompiled binaries.
