[🐛Bug]: Quarterly Costs are NOT accurate.

I noticed when view data from the system that the quarterly data is close to zero, as if just reset. On the 17 Feb, it should be greater that the current monthly figure. I have three uses of the integration, and ALL 3 show the same error.

To Reproduce
Create a device and wait around a number of months.

Expected behavior
I would expect the reset for quarterly data to occur on the 1st of Jan, Apr, Jul and Oct at 00:00.

"Quarterly" is to be interpreted as 15 minutes (not 3 months) with this integration, I've found out.
