The approach used in this package no longer works since PR dotnet/aspire#1667,

That's because the dashboard is now its own web app which runs outside the apphost process, it cannot be hosted inside another app.

to overcome this, I made a standalone runner which downloads and uses the prebuilt dashboard packages from nuget and runs them alongside your regular asp.net core app

this hopefully keeps working until they completely rewrite the thing again for no reason 😅
