Add structure/stage of tournaments

Probably in another column in the main results.csv called stage. For example, "Group A" or "Final".

I'm thinking of possibly contributing an MR with the stage column. This would be useful, for example, to reproduce FIFA ranking updates as the official algorithm differentiates points awarded depending on a tournament stage (e.g. more points for QF games onward).

For preliminary rounds I would just use a label like "Group" rather than exact group name (fine grained group labels are more difficult to obtain).

Let me know if you would welcome such a contribution (there is no "help wanted" label for this issue;)

I've already worked on it last year but stopped for some reason. Maybe it'll be incorported at some point before the World Cup. Thinking about it right now, I'd probably have it as a separate file since 90%+ of the results wouldn't have an entry and it would look untidy.

Anyhoo, this is the file I have right now if you want to use it or whatever.
