Diode doesn't converge #2
Description
I tried to get a model for this diode

And for the life of me, I can't get it to converge. I attach a file with the graph datapoints, so you don't have to do it.
Do you have any ideas about why it wouldn't converge?
I followed the iterative process mentioned on the original stack exchange post, and arrived at IS=4.5e-27 N=1.812 RS=2.2
Also, another question. If I try to use the coefficients provided by the script, LTSpice will not model the diode. The script returns negative values for some parameters. I also had to add the units to the IS parameter (so the script would return, for example, IS=-1 and I had to type IS=1a in LTSpice for it to work)
