ShiftDrop fails to work with NBT items (e.g. Slimefun) on 1.21.11

ShiftDrop in version Minecraft 1.21.11 can't work on items with NBT(Slimefun4 items etc.), while dropAll works as expected.
This issue does not exist in version 1.20.4, where both functions work properly.
