Mute specific sounds

Have a tweak to add specific sounds that you can mute using a hotkey or something

I was about to say that there is already the feature to disable either all sounds, or sounds added to a white- or blacklist. But apparently that feature is still only in the 1.12.2 version of the mod... So uhh, yeah it's coming at some point.
