disable clicking beds in the nether/end

Hi masa! I thought it would be a cool feature if you could prevent right clicking when aiming at a bed in the nether or in the end. It could also work with respawn anchors in the overworld/end. Have a nice day!

This is on my todo list as a generic configurable blacklist for blocks you can right click on.
