Replace the camelCase or PascalCase string with kebab-case.
FooBarBaz -> foo-bar-baz
For example
type FooBarBaz = KebabCase<"FooBarBaz">
const foobarbaz: FooBarBaz = "foo-bar-baz"
type DoNothing = KebabCase<"do-nothing">
const doNothing: DoNothing = "do-nothing"
