Multi-platform lock file

To facilitate sharing the lock file across platforms, could the lockfile include other os/arch binary hashes as well?

eg: something similar to the terraform providers lock

stew lock --platform linux-arm64 --platform darwin-arm64

would populate (and update existing) hashes for linux arm64 and darwin arm64 for all binaries in the file

That would be so useful for saving lock file in dotfiles repositories for folks using various linux/macos environments 🙏🏻

For now that requires lots of tinkering.
