Huawei y3 2018 locked CAG - L02 bootloader Help

Hi I want know if there is any kind of possible way that I can unlock my phone because HAUWEI doesn't want to give my bootloader unlock code.. any help would-be really. appreciated

This program works only with Kirin SoC.
I consider you to use HCU.
