- “Licensee”: any individual or entity that downloads, accesses, uses, modifies, or distributes the Software. Each Licensee is addressed as “you”.
- “Massa Community Charter”: a set of principles and obligations that govern the behavior and responsibilities of members of the Massa Community, including Licensees.
- “Software”: refers to this software and associated libraries and documentation files provided under these Massa License Terms.
Subject to the conditions set forth below, permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any Licensee obtaining a copy of this Software, to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software.
The following must be included in all copies of substantial portions of the Software (including modified or derivative works):
- the copyright notice;
- these Massa License Terms (or a link/URI referencing to them);
- the requirement to comply with the Massa Community Charter (and link/URI referencing to them if the text of the Massa License Terms are not included entirely); and

Any modified or derivate works of the Software, in whole or in part, must be distributed under these same Massa License Terms, without adding or removing any terms. In the event of a violation of these Massa License Terms, including the Massa Community Charter, the rights granted herein terminate immediately without notice.
Upon termination, you must cease all use, interfacing, reproduction, modification, and distribution of the Software. Provisions regarding disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability shall survive termination, to the extent enforceable under applicable law.
THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR THE SOFTWARE, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. EXCEPT WHEN OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND/OR OTHER PARTIES PROVIDE THE SOFTWARE “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this license shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Geneva, Switzerland.
