Deweb: Station plugin to launch a local provider in 1 click

Objective
Enable non-dev users to access DeWeb from a local server through Massa Station.
In other terms, create a Massa Station plugin that enables users to launch a local server on their machine without using the terminal at all.

Requirements

• Support following OS: Windows, MacOS 13+, Ubuntu 22+ (in this order of priority)
• Key features of the plugin:
  Install a local server
  Launch: on/off - by default the server is always on
• Info displayed: provider status; RPC config (later possibility to connect to a local node); link to deweb home; link to MNS; link to owned websites (=uploader)
