plugin should allow user to change server config #346
Description
The deweb plugin has currently an unused endpoint that allows to change the config used by the deweb server. It stop the deweb server process, change the config in the config file and start the deweb server which hence take into account the new config.
This endpoint is unused for now.
We could allow the user to changes in the ui some aspect of the config: allow list, black lists, allowOffline...
Maybe not all element of the config are pertinent to be made mutable by the user. Don't allows the user to change the massa node url since this data is dynamically handled by the plugin to be in sync with the node used by station.
