network polling rate is a bit high

To check if the network (mainnet, buildnet ...) of the provider has changed when using station wallet and metamask ; we poll the info (in the listenNetworkChanges's wallet interface function) from provider every 500 ms.

The poll rate seems to be a bit too high

Note: For Bearby we don't have this issue because bearby lib has a network subscriber that allow to trigger a callback when the network has changed.
