Are non-LTSC editions of Enterprise provided?

I see that reddit.com/r/Windows11/comments/1gbxyx4/comment/ltpj0vt at least provides microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/download-windows-11-enterprise as an answer. However, they appear to be solely for P90D evaluation.
