can I add my microsoft account to ms office (activated via ohook method) and use one drive and sync features? Do i have any risk like will microsoft delete or ban my account if they see this is fake activation or something like that? Do my one drive data and account safe for this ohook activation?

Yes you can, and no microsoft will not ban you, they don't care + ohook is fully local
