[Feature]: Remember my place in the timeline

Description

For completists like me, it would be nice to have the app remember where I am in the timeline whenever I return to the app.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place the timeline somewhere that is not at the top.
2. Kill the app*.
3. Return to the app.

* Yes, I killed the app, but just to quickly demonstrate the issue. If you wait for the OS to eventually remove the app from memory, and return to it, the same issue results.

The timeline is now at the latest toot, and not where I was.
