Statuses on profile don't refresh anymore

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. open someone's (or your own) profile
2. have them post something new
3. navigate away and go back to the profile

Expected behaviour

their new post is visible on their profile

Actual behaviour

their new post is not visible on their profile

Detailed description

This happens regardless of having the work-in-progress redesign experimental feature enabled, and is fairly new behavior.

Previously, and still in the 4.5 branch, statuses on profiles were not updated in real-time, but were refreshed when navigating back to them. Now, neither happens, meaning the list becomes stale.

i just pushed up a PR to fix the issue for the redesign, but i looked at the code for the current account timeline and it does refresh on every page load- you can test that on mastodon.social.
