[nrf fromtree] Bluetooth: crypto: add select PSA_WANT_ALG_ECB_NO_PADDING

Explicitly enable "PSA_WANT_ALG_ECB_NO_PADDING" to select the AES ECB
mode that it is used in CMAC operation.
