Offer to help with docs

I have several questions about the documentation.

1. Are the markdown files fair game for modification and then a pull request? I ask because I got help on two documentation issues from @asyncliz and I'd be happy to incorporate those.

2. Are the markdown files direct source for the https://material-web.dev site? If so, is there any process to get them incorporated (ex icon.md) or updated with new material.

3. Would the team find it useful to have a tracking issue the consolidated all of the documentation requests? If so, I'd be willing to put that issue together.
