Add supporting documents to be updated during release to the release docs

This issue is a quick stub of everything we need to do. I will update it soon with more details and links to specific places we need to update copy

We need to track all necessary copy changes when cutting a mathesar release. This includes:

• Website copy
  • screenshots
  • features
  • case studies, if new features add new ones or significantly enrich existing ones
• Repo READMEs
  • app screenshots
  • features
• Docs supporting pages:
  • Feature pages
  • Postgres/Python versioning page
  • Any pages relating to added types
  • Anything that modifies existing copy
• More TBD
