Is there a way to install MycilaSafeboot using Arduino IDE 2 ?

Hi, I'd like to use MycilaSafeboot, I think it's a great idea, but I'm not so young, not so skillful, and I don't know at all PlatformIO.

I know how to setup partition table in Arduino IDE2, is there a way to get a Safeboot image and install it in such IDE ?

Hi,
PlatformIO is required and you need a relatively high skillset to understand it and use it.
Also Arduino 2 is no more supported: you might want t use Arduino 3 instead with pioarduino and PlatformIO

Arduino 3 ? AFAIK last IDE is 2.3.6 .... Cloud version ? and pioarduino is a "shell" to make Arduino 3 to work in PlatformIO, am I right ?

In such a case is done for me, I am in some still savage region in Provence, not a lot of Internet and maybe it is better

I am wondering, is Safeboot board dependent ? I thought it have to be the same, in the same MPU family at least (ie ESP32)
