Add Typescript support in documentation

Hi, first of all, thanks for the amazing plugin! I really enjoy having both client and server running at the same time. Just a quick question, do you have any plan to support typescript in the near future? My Vue client side is fully typescript now so I think it's worthy enough to support typescript as it is getting adapted more widely now.

Actually this is a good example of the quote saying that a feature exists only if it's documented!

Typescript is handled by default.

For dev purpose it will automatically transpile your ts file with node-ts if you have the vue-cli typescript plugin, or hasTypescript option to true in the config of this plugin.

However, for prod usage I'd recommend you to transpile your files first and serve them as regular js files (for performances).

I'd be glad to accept a PR which had a section in documentation about that.
