Returned req.protocol and req.get('host') in 'watch' mode does not follow Vue-CLI settings

When running vue-cli-plugin-express in 'watch' mode alongside vue-cli-service serve, Express does not follow the same host and port settings as Vue. This results in Express serving on the correct hostname and port, but running ${req.protocol}://${req.get('host')} in an Express handler returns http://0.0.0.0:3000
