Addition of Control Systems Library?

Is there any intention of eventually creating a Control Systems library for control theory support?
Examples:
Converting function from continuous time domain to the digital time domain and vise versa.
Root Locus Plotting (would need to include plot generation).
etc.
Is this a possibility or should this be a stand alone library?
