Weather & Ping does not work! please help!

I already registered on the website and I got my API key. I also got the latitude and longitude from my location. It stills give an error. Should I also change the Hostname / IP to ping to make it work?

What is the error you have? You can find details in log.log file. Did you subscribe to the "OpenWeatherMap One Call API 3.0"?

I checked the log. I got this error: 9/26/2025 8:07:19 AM [ERROR] Error 401 fetching OpenWeatherMap API. But yeah I got my account and my api key 3.0. Still I get this error. Idk why.

replace {API key} by your key. It comes from the One Call API 3.0 doc here: https://openweathermap.org/api/one-call-3#how

I see the problem now. It is not enough with registering in the website. You need to actually sign in for a suscription? I got this answer back: {"cod":401, "message": "Please note that using One Call 3.0 requires a separate subscription to the One Call by Call plan. Learn more here https://openweathermap.org/price. If you have a valid subscription to the One Call by Call plan, but still receive this error, then please see https://openweathermap.org/faq#error401 for more info."} I actually do not want to put my credit card in a service I will barely use.
