Add guide for working with MATLAB and creating scientific papers in Emacs

It would be nice to have Emacs basics guide for using MATLAB with Emacs that would cover concepts that are useful when editing and working with `*.m` files. The idea would be to make it easy for one to work with MATLAB and create scientific papers without prior knowledge of Emacs.
