ELPA links to doc and examples from README.org don't work

If you visit https://elpa.gnu.org/packages/matlab-mode.html there will be links to files in the doc and examples directory, e.g. we have org links:

See [./examples/matlab-and-org-mode/](https://elpa.gnu.org/packages/examples/matlab-and-org-mode) to get started. This directory contains a [PDF](https://elpa.gnu.org/packages/examples/matlab-and-org-mode/matlab-and-org-mode.pdf) generated from [./examples/matlab-and-org-mode/matlab-and-org-mode.org](https://elpa.gnu.org/packages/examples/matlab-and-org-mode/matlab-and-org-mode.html).

and clicking on them doesn't work.

Not sure what the right solution is?
