Updates documentation for v0.3.0 of MATLAB feature

v0.3.0 introduces support for MATLAB R2025a & MATLAB R2025b
Additionally, it also introduces an additional option to `installJupyterLab`, and the devcontainer feature for python is not planning to support this capability.
