Solve "reclustering" issue

Since I don't seem to be the only one being a bit annoyed from having to name some pictures again and again I had a quick thought (not enough background if easily doable with the nextcloud apis):
If you name a cluster (or say you don't want to name it) save that information as some metadata with the file/image.
Then if re-clustering happens in many cases you can automatically rename that cluster:

• Go through all pictures in the cluster and get the metadata entries
• check if every picture has the same entry or none
• if that condition is true rename the (new) cluster to the name found.

Downsides: the additional data that needed to be stored and maybe synchronized if the file changes/is deleted, a bit computational overhead.
Upside: Better user experience.

If it sounds simple enough for someone with nearly no php experience, I'd also take some pointers where I'd have to look to archive something like that.
