Request: manually tag someone in a photo

I'd love to be able to manually tag someone in a photo from the info panel where you can see/name faces; would be nice to have the option to draw the boundary around their face, too, but I'd also love to be able to just quickly and easily say 'hey, this person was in this!' so it's at least in their album.
