Setting the "Corner Roundness Radius" to 0 makes the Primary Outline disappear

When I set the "Corner Roundness Radius" setting to 0 the Primary Outline disappears. It works when setting the radius to 1 or higher. See the screenshots for clarification:
Radius 1:

Radius 0:

The black Primary Outline of the inactive window is missing. The same is happening with the Secondary Outline. Only the Outer Outline is working. When I disable the outer outline, there is no outline at all.

As said everything is working when setting the corner radius at 1 or higher.

Maybe that issue got introduced with the outer outline feature?
