Matomo cron error - Problem archiving reports

Hello, I'm having a problem archiving my Matomo reports. The visits are displayed in real time but the reports have not been displayed since Wednesday 30 April. Can you please help me.

Hi @Anthony-kheops, can you try the following:

• in Matomo Analytics > Settings > Advanced enable Enable archiving via HTTP requests
• then go to Matomo Analytics > Diagnostics > Troubleshooting and click the "Archive Reports" button
• after the page reloads, check if reports exist in Matomo
