Corruption: block checksum mismatch

I was having some network issues yesterday and it seems that has resulted in some RockDB corruption. Tuwunel logs are filling with these messages:

ERROR tuwunel_database::engine::logger: [db/db_impl/db_impl_compaction_flush.cc:3449] Waiting after background compaction error: Corruption: block checksum mismatch: stored(context removed) = 569275386, computed = 618669609, type = 4  in /var/lib/matrix-conduit/006624.sst offset 1056273 size 1976, Accumulated background error counts: 110

Before I throw away everything: is there a way to recover from this?

That corruption looks very bad. Even if you do recover, while the server might still work to some appearance, it will probably have some issues. It's usually best to reinstall for best experience.
