Hardware requirements for running tuwunel

Hey there,

are there any agreed upon general hardware requirements for running a tuwunel instance?

I could not find any information in the following places:

• README.md
• GitHub Wiki
• GitHub Discussions
• tuwunel.chat documentation

I am thinking of running my own instance to contribute to the network, while trying to keep maintenance cost as low as possible.

We have #227 and #228 for this, admittedly we could be doing better here on finalizing and properly presenting this.
