Users of the bridges are unaware of their IRC spamming

Edits, quotes, multiline replies, they all break IRC logic and confuse users.

Could you help the users grow aware of the spam they create?
So people can stop just banning @2001:470:69fc: for the poorly configured bridges.

MSC3969 should address this. Implementing it is currently blocked by #1686's acceptance

I think there are numerous issues describing that the bridging of Matrix -> IRC is suboptimal, and as @progval says there is an effort to make users more aware.
