Preview Spaces

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Few clients support spaces, this means that communities can't rely on spaces to list their rooms. It would be awesome if matrix-static could generate a room/subspace list for spaces that could be linked to as a fallback for clients that don't yet have space support.

A way to see the subspace and room list.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Maintaining a web/wiki page.
• Using a dedicated homeserver's room directory.
• Putting a complete list of rooms in the topic of the "main" room.

Empirically the /spaces API works for unjoined guests so should be usable for m-s :)
