Hi,
I think it would be nice and convenient if there was a way to follow a public room using an RSS reader. One possibility would be to construct RSS URLs by appending /rss to the URL for viewing the room. For example, if you wanted to follow the Matrix HQ room, you could add
https://view.matrix.org/room/!OGEhHVWSdvArJzumhm:matrix.org/rss
to your feed reader.
Would it make sense to implement this capability as an extension to matrix-static? Or, would it be better to implement an RSS Matrix reading feature as a separate software project?
